Some Tips for posting.

1. How to add a new post to the blog.


 Click on "New Post" in the top right of the screen. 

 









2.  How to add Labels.
For each blog post, make sure to add your name as a label, as well as the assignment (ex: AMD1). It's best to click "Show All" and choose the correct assignment in order to avoid typos, which would generate new, unwanted labels. Please type in your name exactly the same way each time, or choose from the list (click "Show all") to avoid typos. See below:

3. How to post an image. 
Find the button above that looks like a photo. From here you can upload an image that you have on your computer, or add a link to an image's URL from the web (if you're confident the image will stay in the same place). You can also copy and paste images directly into the "Compose" box. After adding an image, you can change the size, and left/center/right alignment.

4. How to post a trailer (or other YouTube link).


Find the icon above that says "Insert a Video" when you scroll the mouse over it.

From here you can search within YouTube for the Trailer you need. You may also want to open YouTube separately and double-check to make sure you found a good one (in German!).

5. How to add hyperlinks to text.
It's great to include links for your classmates to find the pages you visited.  This is also a way to cite outside sources. 


Let's say you find the fashion magazine Brigitte and want to post about it. 
a. First highlight and copy the url: http://www.brigitte.de/
b. Then, in your blog post, highlight the text you want to link and click on the blue "Link" button at the top of the compose box. Blogger should automatically recognize this as a link. If not, paste in the URL in the "Web address" box and hit OK.
