Wicked Solutions to Wicked Problems

I could think of many wicked problems the world faces, but the ones that stick out most for me is poverty in poorer developing countries. This wicked problem leads to other wicked problems throughout civilization. Poverty leads to less likelyhood of health care, meaning people can not get proper treatments for different ailments they may have. Poverty leads to starvation or malnutrition. Some people in poorer areas of the world can affford to buy something to eat. Poverty leads also leads to higher crime rates and harder to achieve an education. I am not quite sure where the solution to this lies. I believe that poverty in developed countries like The United States would be an easier fix. For example, downtown Detroit is thriving and is a beautiful place compared to other parts of the city. Some of that money for downtown could be used for other parts of the city. I imagine that could be for other countries as well. They could use the money for already thriving parts of a country or city and alllcated it among the cities that need it more.
